The best! Kastytis at Diagnosticman is very experienced, and understands sophisticated systems. My Mercedes SLK had a number of difficult to trace intermittent electronic problems. These cars have two batteries and several mini computers installed. Kastytis responded immediately. He was happy to come to my place and carried out a diagnostic test. This showed a number of Error Codes. He decided not to delete them at this point, but to leave them to compare at a later date as the fault was not acting up at this point. He returned a few days later and ran another test to make comparisons. As the intermittent problem had not returned, suspect components were removed, cleaned and investigated. Error codes stored on his laptop and deleted from my car. The problem never came back. Excellent work. Excellent communication. Excellent time-keeping. The hand of god! Thanks Kastytis.

Rang up to book an appointment, there were out and problem found within the hour, saved around 50quid on main dealers cost on diagnostics alone, well worth the money paid, would definitely use these again if needed thanks joe chaddesden

Excellent service I work long hours and don't get to take cars to garage. I call up and hey presto he comes to business address and does the job.

Had major issues with my Peugeot 508, had warning lights coming on left,right and center, Main dealer wanted £££sss and still could not guarantee it would work. However after contacting this company, he pinpointed my problems over a day and ordered the correct part "Not like the Main Dealer" and it worked a treat and he saved me ££ss, I would highly recommend this company as it will save you plenty of money and you will no doubt be happy with the service you get...5*****

What a great service I have received, my Ford Focus was the car from hell with so many electrical faults, instrument cluster not working, no headlights, ABS fault etc etc. All other auto electricians within a 20 mile radius either didn't want to know or quoted silly silly prices. the service I received was second to none 5 plus stars and every problem solved I would(and have) highly recommend DIAGNOSTICMAN .

Thes guys provides a next to none service. Came out to me at home and on time. i had to have a new ecu reprogramed in on my focus st and they tackled it without any problems what so ever i was worried that my car would never work again but it now works and works perfect these guys are brilliant thanks for everything and i will definetly be recomending everyone i no to yourselfs thanks again guys yours m.davies

I fitted my signature drl headlights on my range rover evoque but it had problems powering on the xenons. Diagnosticman managed to get them working. happy customer. thank you

My wifes 307 would not start,diagnosticman soon found the cause to be a fault in the engine bay fuse box,he fitted a new one and its ok now,he also told me of other issues i need to sort out with the car,he is efficient and knowledgeable and i would recommend him

I had an S-max with an immobiliser fault, a local garage had it for a week with no success, I had it towed to diagnosticman at lunchtime on a Saturday, and he had it diagnosed and fixed by lunchtime on Sunday for a fair price. Excellent service, recommended.

My Vauxhall Vectra had a fault with a rear light. He diagnosed a faulty rear electrical centre, I ordered one and he fitted it and coded it. Car now works.

Kastis arrived last week and did a very thorough investigation of my wiring. He corrected all the faults at the back of the car and correctly diagnosed the flasher problem to incorrect wiring of the hazard switch. Brilliant guy and I highly recommend him.

Had a 2002 range rover with 2010 led headlights , katis responded very quickly and came to my work place and gave me sound advise . i bought the parts and he came back and fitted them , i have owned cars for over 30 years and i was very very impressed with his service and attitude , he was also very reasonable on his charges and i know i could have paid out alot more as it was not a straight forward fix . trust me you will not find a more genuine hard working guy in the derbyshire area !!!!!

I had a problem with check engine light showing (engine running rough) Kastis soon found the cause which was a split vacuum pipe to the air inlet manifold, pipe fixed now ok.Very knowledgeable, highly recommend and would definitely use him again.

Heater fan packed up on my Skoda, tried a recommended Auto electrician, they spent a day trying to sort the problem out, failed, said I had to take it to a dealer, said dealer wanted £82 per hour, they thought it was the control unit at £640 and wanted it for a day!!, found Katiss on the net, asked me bring car round to him that night, 6.15pm after 1 hour he found trapped wire!!!!, job done, very professional attitude, good workmanship, best bit he enjoys his job

Very pleased with the service, traveled over 20 miles in the snow to diagnose the fault and had the new ECU reprogrammed in no time, will definitely use again.

Kastis worked really hard to solve the problem with the sensor on my bmw 1. He is so determined and resolved the issue after a couple of visits. He's an honest guy and as a woman who knows nothing about cars this was important to me. His prices are very good and I would use him again without any hesitation.

2009 Ford Focus ABS light started to illuminate on the dash and put car into limp mode. I tried the main dealer who couldn’t even get the car in for a month, then found “Diagnosticman” on an internet search whom attended the same day, scanned my car and found a faulty communication link it the dash, the dash was removed taken away, repaired and refitted the next day. All fault codes were wiped and the cars running great again. Thanks Kastis for a very swift, professional service and an exceptionally good price. Highly recommended. Claire

I called diagnosticman to investigate a door lock fault on my car. Coincidentally an engine management fault appeared on my wife’s car at the same time. Kastis came as arranged, diagnosed both faults, arranged for collection of the parts. He then came back and completed the repairs. His charges are very fair and a lot less than garage services I have used previously. Do not hesitate to call him should you have a car problem. This man is brilliant!

After experiencing various electrical problems with my ford focus i made the call to Diagnosticman. This man is brilliant, he worked late,was very pleasant,polite and professional amd really cares about his workmanship. His pricing is also amazing, the main dealer wanted £1000 to sort and rectify the fault but Diagnosticman came and took the instrument cluster away and fully repaired it for £80. This man is an absolute saint and goes above and beyond to deliver the best customer service possible at reasonable prices. I would highly recommend his services to anyone and will be keeping his number myself incase i ever need him in future. Once again, diagnosticman you are excellent!!

I have had an intermittent fault on my car for a while. I was worried that it may be the immobiliser. Diagnostic man came out late evening to my home. Having found Kastis on the net, after others being unable to detect and solve a regular problem with my company van, he turned up on time and fully prepared to do a thorough job. He was very tenacious in trying to find and solve the problem, and although it's early to say whether it's totally solved, I will certainly look to use his skills and services again. There was no complicated jargon, he simply explained his methods and got to the problem. Hopefully, we won't require his services too often, but I'll certainly keep him on file for future needs. Had a problem with belt tensioner and airbag ECU, the light remained permanently on showing there was a fault with this ECU, to buy new and replace the dealer wanted £750 which i couldn't warrant on my old 2004 Vauxhall Meriva. I found this guy on the internet, he came out did a proper diagnosis for me and ordered me a good second hand unit, he then returned removed the old one, refitted the new and reset the ECU at a fraction of the cost. I am one happy customer, perfect will always be happy to recommend. Thank you.

I agree with all that 'Chris N' said .. this guy turned up prepared to do the job, and he was indeed tenacious! He stopped for almost 5 hours and was rewarded with finding not 1, but 2 faults ... on a classic car so - no computers to help .. just old fashioned skill! I was very pleased with his attitude, the service he provided, his communication and, much as I hate parting with money - how much he charged.

The engine inspection light was showing on my Mini Kastis diagnosed a faulty sensor, and replaced it He was professional and efficient, and I would recommend him

Great service today. Came at the time he said he would & got straight down to hard wiring my dash cam into my Skoda. Very neat job, now wires on display. All done on my driveway for a very reasonable price. Will use again for any auto electrical jobs - thank you!

Very happy, a complex problem of Speedo failure, stop start failure, auto stop start failure and windows not working was chased down to a loose wire in the ABS Pump. Excellent service and was able to work around my shift pattern. Highly recommended
